Are you passionate about disability rights and great partnership working? We’re looking for a disabled person to join our small but mighty team as Disability Engagement and Inclusion Officer.
In this role, you’ll lead and strengthen relationships with Citizens Advice offices across Gwent and Cwm Taf Morgannwg, helping to improve the accessibility, visibility and coordination of advice and support for disabled people.

Place of work: Remote homeworking with the option to use office space at Spark, Cardiff

What does ‘remote home working with option to use Spark office base in Cardiff’ mean?
You are welcome to come to our Spark office to work but you can work remotely if you prefer.
What does ‘personal experience of disabling barriers within society’ mean?
The applicant must be disabled themselves and have experienced barriers to accessing society. It does not require you to have created change in your community.
How do I organise my access requirements for the interview?
The last page of the application asks if you have any access requirements for the interview. You will also be asked again on confirmation of being shortlisted for interview.

What language will the interview be conducted in?
The interview will be conducted in English. BSL interpretation and Welsh Language translation is available on request.
