Jessica joined the DW team as Civic Participation Officer in September 2025.

She leads on the Access to Elected Office Fund Wales – a fund designed to support disabled people seeking elected office in the Senedd 2026 election and the 2027 Local Government elections.

With experience in the public sector, third sector, and journalism, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team.

Beyond work, Jess is a big fan of live music, films, TV, and books. She also drinks a lot of tea and enjoys chocolate, pasta, and curry – though not all at once!
