Linus is the Programme Coordinator for the Equal Power Equal Voice mentoring programme. The role sees him leading the planning and delivery of this intersectional initiative. which aims to break down the barriers disabled people and other marginalised groups face when entering public and political life in Wales.

Linus has a wealth of experience from across the third sector, from working on organising and delivering projects, to supporting people directly as a case worker. He’s passionate about working with people from marginalised backgrounds to ensure that everyone is included. He’s also led on research projects with Clwstwr Creadigol, and Bristol + Bath Creative R+D, exploring visual language in the media and sensory experiences within publishing.

Outside of work, Linus is interested in learning languages and is passionate about creativity. He’s always up for a chat about what someone is listening to, reading or creating.
