Help with Streaming Media

The Media files are streamed in Windows Media player.

To be able to watch the webcast, please make sure your computer has the following:

Required Software:
In order to see the content properly you'll need to make sure that you have the necessary plug-in installed.
If you haven't got Windows Media Player you can easily download and install it for free from here.

This web cast has been optimised for the following browsers:
Internet Explorer v5.5 upwards for PC and v5.24 for Mac
Netscape v6.0 upwards for PC and up to v7.0 on Mac
Firefox & Mozilla on PC and Safari 1.2.3 on Mac
Viewers with other browsers may not see the entire page and may not be able to use all aspects of the broadcasts functionality.
NOTE - If in doubt make sure your web browser and plug-ins are all fully up to date.

Network Requirements
We recommend that viewers use the fastest possible internet connection available to them, and a broadband class of connection (DSL, Cable or leased line) will provide the best viewing results.
If you are accessing via a corporate firewall, ask your Network administrator if the fireall is configured to receive streaming media content and make sure that the proxy settings are correct.
