Staying in

Sex and sexuality
As disabled people we can still have relationships, we can and do still have sex. Our sexuality is part of us and just as diverse as non-disabled people: we could be straight, we could be gay, lesbian or bisexual or, we could be celibate.

Speak to other disabled people, as personal experiences can be very informative, there are many websites and chat-rooms on the Internet where you share, in privacy, your experiences with other disabled people. There are also various organisations to contact, for anybody experiencing sexual or relationship difficulties or even help finding a partner. Outsiders is for people who feel isolated because of social and/or physical impairments.
