Am I a disabled person?
This is quite confusing as there are several definitions of a disabled person.

Disability Wales bases its definition of disabled person on the Social Model of Disability. This defines a disabled person as some one, who on account of having a physical and/or sensory impairment, learning difficulty or mental health issues, faces barriers due to attitudinal, societal and/or environmental factors.

Two other legal definitions you may come across are used by the Disability Discrimination Act and local authorities.
