Feedback needed on the use of VRS

Motability is about to start trialling Video Relay Service and they wanted to know if you have had any experience (good/bad?) with VRS before with other organisations, and also, if an organisation doesn’t have it, could you let them know how you would normally contact their customer services? Email only? Is there another service??

 

They are just keen to get someone’s feedback who may have used it before, nothing too lengthy, just an idea of your thoughts if you have used it and other systems.
