Accessibility Statement

The Disability Wales/Anabledd Cymru website forms a living document and is regularly updated. We strive to make the content universally accessible. We aim to minimize the use of graphics and photos, and will provide descriptions of them when they are included. Our website is a developing project.

Text Size

Some users might find screen text easier to read by increasing the size at which text is displayed. To do this we have designed an easy to access function which you can locate at the top left corner of the screen - Text size: A A A

The site allows you to switch between three different size fonts to select your preferred display option:

• Normal text
• Large text
• Larger text

Note that once you have altered the font size, the option to return to the default font size appears at the top of every page.

Colour Contrast

The site also provides the ability to change the displayed font and background colour for those who may find the information easier to access.

There are three different colour schemes to choose from:

• Black on white
• Black on yellow
• Black on orange

You can change the website colour scheme by selecting your preferred option at the top of the web page. Note that once you have altered the colour scheme, the option to return to the default colour scheme appears at the top of every page.

Given the wide range of IT resources used by different individuals (Different software versions, assistance software, age and capacity of computers), it is impossible to predict all likely problems that may occur when trying to access the current and future resources we intend to make available.
