Coalition on Charging Cymru - Manifesto
In the run up to the Assembly elections in May COCC is calling on all political parties to commit themselves to ensuring free home care is delivered right across Wales.
Exactly a year after the Welsh Assembly Government reneged on its manifesto commitment to remove charges for home care for disabled people, the Coalition on Charging Cymru has launched its own Manifesto.
