I am 56 years old and come from Narberth Pembrokeshire.

I have been a Disability Wales Board member for four years.

Before Muscular Dystrophy caught up with me I was a bricklayer/plasterer running my own building business.

I also sit on Narberth Town Council becoming Mayor in 2005/6.
